2. Service Description
Lincy Importation provides global sourcing, shipping, and logistics management services. We act as an intermediary between you and international markets, facilitating purchases and transportation of goods.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for providing accurate information for all orders and quotes. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or to import prohibited items according to Ghana and international laws.
4. Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required for orders to be processed unless otherwise specified in your quote. Refunds are processed according to our internal policy based on the stage of procurement and shipping.
5. Liability
Lincy Importation is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or international carrier issues beyond our control. We do insure shipments based on the declared value provided by the user.
